Comfort Guarantee
At Schaafsma Heating & Cooling Co., we are confident in our system design skills, the equipment we offer, and the quality of our installations. We guarantee your comfort system will heat your home to 72'F or cool your home to 75'F when the outside temperature is between 5'F and 90'F, the standard design conditions for Grand Rapids. During the 12 months following the date of our installation we will upgrade your system at our expense to the next larger size if it is unable to meet this performance standard and we cannot otherwise correct the situation. We must be given a reasonable opportunity to correct the situation and the equipment must operate for a minimum of twenty-four consecutive hours at the design temperature. We are able to make this unusual guarantee because of the engineering skills, diligence, old-fashioned craftsmanship, workmanship, and pride we put into every job we perform.
