Customer Guarantees
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Because we are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer, we will guarantee your satisfaction with their equipment. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your Bryant equipment within one year of the installation date, we will correct the problem or remove the equipment and refund the purchase price of the equipment.
# Performance Guarantee. Because we take the time to properly design, install and start up your system, if the heating or cooling system fails to maintain 72' in the winter or 75' in the summer, at the thermostat, we will correct the problem at no cost to you. We will either fix your equipment if a breakdown occurs, or if the BTU size is inadequate to maintain these temperatures, we will replace the equipment with the correct size. Please note there may be temperature differences between floors or rooms on the same floor that cannot be corrected without redesigning your ductwork.
# Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee. If any of our workmanship fails due to improper installation or was not installed according to mechanical codes in effect at the time of installation, we will correct that problem for no charge as long as the original purchaser owns the home.
# Major Component Guarantee. If either the heat exchanger or compressor fails twice within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will replace the equipment at no charge to you. This includes all costs associated with installing the equipment.
*Note:* The equipment must be professionally maintained, by us, once annually for these guarantees to remain in effect. If equipment or material covered by these guarantees is serviced by another contractor, all guarantees are void. These guarantees are excluded from power surges, fire, tornadoes, floods and any other acts of God. Changes to the structure which increase the heating or cooling load will void the performance guarantee.
*Tip:* If someone else promises you this, ask them to put it in writing. Verbal promises of coverage beyond a written guarantee are not enforceable.
