The media air cleaner is composed of interlocking network of porous fibers designed to capture particles. Both units are easy to clean. For the electronic, simply remove the unit's cells, wash with a mild soap solution, rinse, dry and replace back into the unit. For the media, remove the filter combs which hold the filter frame and dispose of the old filter.
