Your installation team was Mark, Chris, and RJ. They’ve done what we feel is a superb job. What really wowed us was their going the extra mile to put new copper tubing to the AC in such a way that cutting holes in the ceiling of my office to run the tubing outside was unnecessary.

My wife and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of everyone involved in helping us do this installation on such short notice. Thank you, Sara. You’re a jewel! I have been your customer for exactly one year, but your outstanding customer service during that time will make me a customer for life.

I have been impressed by how courteously I’ve been treated over the phone; how quickly your people responded to my requests; and the quality/performance of my new furnace and its installation; not to mention the unexpected extras – a gift certificate for a free first-year inspection, followed by a reminder call to schedule it exactly a year later. (And that inspection was scheduled within the same week!)

Dave just left my home after completing his inspection. He arrived on time, did his work completely and quickly, and made sure I understood how I could get the most out of operating my furnace.

Mark is still here this morning, completing ductwork for the furnace and fine tuning the AC. We leave this afternoon for ten days and thanks to all of you, including Sara, our beloved cat will not fry inside due to the heat while we’re away.

I know you must be proud of your employees. When I had my furnace installed by Mark & David, I would like to let you know they were very courteous and professional. After the installation you wouldn’t know anyone had been in the house as they cleaned up after the work they did. I could not be more pleased with the work they did.

Then, Mark Debri came by to check the installation and the same applies to him. He was also very nice and explained the inspection to me.
