This is important because companies focused on providing the lowest price can only do so by providing low wages to unskilled people and they may not honor their commitments. We ensure our quality people are well trained. We spend thousands of dollars in training each year improving the skills of our installers and technicians. The Behler-Young Co., our Bryant distributor provides more training in the state than any other distributor and in 2005 we attended more hours of training than any other contractor in the state. It’s our commitment to provide highly skilled craftsmen.
In addition, we only use quality products because no matter how skilled a person is, if the products are faulty, the equipment will not perform correctly. The same can be said about an unskilled person. A furnace or air conditioner installed improperly will not operate efficiently, will not last long and will not provide you with a comfortable home. A good craftsman can install a good product and make it a great installation. A poor craftsman can install the same product and make it a terrible installation. Finally, we inspect our work and show you how to operate all the equipment.

Most companies offer a one-year warranty on their workmanship, anything longer is only the equipment warranty.
