Very responsive, especially in those busy times in the winter when heat is not working or the summer when AC isn’t running. Honest when an install mistake was made and corrected with zero cost. Highly recommend.

The service technician explained to me things about my furnace installation that was not told to me by the installers. After inspecting the furnace, he found no problems. As of today the noise from the system is exactly the same as when the technician was here ti check it.
Mark let me know what he was doing all steps of the inspection.

The team explained the problem to me and what it'd take to fix it, both if they did it or if we DIY'd and the cost difference. I appreciated the transparency and we went with the Schaafsma team to fix our furnace problem.

Mark performed an inspection of my furnace based on the concerns I had, and did an excellent job in explaining the problems I was having with the heating system. He was very courteous and arrived early for the appointment.
Mark was very efficient and impressive during my annual furnace maintenance visit. He was running a little ahead of schedule and called to see it he could come over early, which was not a problem but I appreciated the heads up. He was very familiar with we’re the furnace was located in the condo so I didn’t have to go down stairs, which is difficult for me due to health issues at this point. He explained what he would be doing. When he was done and things looked good, he wanted to know if I had any questions. Mark was very personable.. the dog even liked him! I was happy with the service and professionalism I received today.
Mark did a great job tracking down the source of our error code and pulling together a detailed plan for repair. All costs were well explained as was the expected repair timeline. We were also provided a temp fix so we can run the system in a pinch if needed.

The technician was very professional and personable. Not only did they quickly diagnose and repair my heating system…They also took the time to provide me with information on how my current system functions as well as how I can maximize heating efficiency for my home. The price for service was more than fair, well worth every penny. When it’s time to upgrade my current systems I will be calling. It was such a relief to have my heat restored after going without it for two days. Thank you so much! I won’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends should they ask.
