Couldn’t be easier. I had mixed up the time for service appointment and was not home when he arrived. Received a phone call letting me know he was waiting. Since I have know this serviceman for several years, I told him the garage door was open and he could enter my house. The service was performed and everything was cleaned up. Very comfortable with this company and their employees.
Saved my Holiday Weekend.

Pat actually listened to what I had to say. As a woman that doesn’t seem to happen very often. He was very polite and did his investigation. That included actually looking at everything upon inspection (inside and out). The problem was quickly found with Pat. As for the first “Professional” it was quite the opposite. He refused to listen to what I had to say. He never once looked at the outside terminals. He simply said “I got it running fine 3 times and that’s all I can do”. I even told him the code I had found as it malfunctioned and he said “it isn’t doing it now, must be a fluke”. Really?!?! After I paid him and he got in his truck, my furnace had shut off and turned back on several times at 72 when it was set to shut off at 78. I went outside to tell him and he refused to listen to me and comeback inside to investigate further. Was very rude and I finally just told him to leave my property. Again, Pat was very professional and I am very pleased with his service! Would love to have him back in the future if needed! Highly recommend Pat! Thanks for a job well done!
