I called Schaafsma Heating and Cooling to help me with problems with my existing system. I received next day service where it was found I needed a new system. Within a couple of hours my system was accessed, I received a quote, and the replacement installation was scheduled for the next business day. The new installation looks and operates better than what I expected. I know that I selected the correct people for this job.
Great technician and professional
The guys arrived a little ahead of schedule and completed their task before the workday ended. They took the time to explain all the new equipment and technology, and did so quite well. The home is warm and safe. I’m glad to be a Schaafsma Red Carpet customer!
A brick is missing from my yard. Maybe the guys used it to hold something down or open. It looked like an ordinary brick, but it wasn't. It was from my church that burned several years ago. It has sentimental value to me. If they used it, I would like it back. It was by my garage in the dirt.
When a mistake was made in the ordering process, installers had to improvise by rewiring a component, to make sure the furnace was operable and I had heat, till the correct unit could be obtained and installed. When they had the correct unit, they came back and everything worked correctly, when they were finished.
