Zach arrived within the promised time. Very professional and courteous. Quickly diagnosed the problem as a plugged drain line due to lack of proper maintenance on my part. Removed front panel covering A/C so I could see how the system collected water in the tray and then into the drain. Showed me how to keep the system clear and free flowing. He then thoroughly cleaned and flushed the drain line, removed the water, buttoned things up, and verified system was working OK. Totally satisfied.

Schaafsma Heating and Cooling has serviced my furnace and airconditioner needs for a few years. My unit is rather new so I have not had problems but I would like to keep it that way. Zach was on time, gave me a call before he came and used booties inside my house. He did a great job explaining the process of an air conditioner check up and told me about, the yearly maintenance plan. I decided it was the best plan for my needs.

Zack came to fix an overflowing humidifier. Zack troubleshot and corrected 4 compounding issues. Zask demonstrated his technical knowledge and his repair experiences. He was appreciative for our business. We will call Schaafsma for any future heating and cooling needs. We used their 1905 anniversary special for a service call.
