We have not found too many people who understand boilers. We had a heat exchanger that needed to be replaced. It was ordered, scheduled and then installed. David is very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions, and when it came time to turn water on, found a bad valve that would turn on. He didn't give up and replaced it to finish the job. Most people would have said, "we will see you tomorrow" David finished the job in a very long day and we really appreciated his support.
David did me a solid!

My furnace stopped working 3 days before my scheduled furnace and a/c maintenance appointment. I didn't know what to do so I decided to wait until the tech showed up as scheduled. (Meanwhile I dressed warmly and used a space heater.) David worked very hard to get my furnace running again and also handled my a/c checkup. Next time I know I should call Schaafsma right away when the furnace breaks instead of waiting for an appointment, though.
