They explained what they were going to do, what they were doing, and what they did. They answered all of our questions along the way, cleaned up and put everything back the way it was when they got here, then did a great job giving me a tour of the equipment when they were finished.

We needed to replace our furnace, air, and water heater as all were 20 years old. Greg came by to provide a quote and did a fantastic job explaining the options and did the work to confirm our equipment needs. Cam, Andrew and Drew came out during a snowstorm to install the systems and they did NOT disappoint! Very polite, thorough, and the install was extremely well done. Cameron did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system and hot water heater. Went over the install and how everything worked and provided an video of the system with a narrative regarding how everything worked. There was a problem with the original furnace that was installed but Schaafsma took care of it by removing that unit and replacing it the next day.
