Team lead, Devon, and his coworker were professional and persistent with cleaning the ducts in this 75 yr old bungalow for the FIRST time! 😯 They wore masks at my request, worked hard, and completely avoided duct-shaming me for my long term neglect. 🙂
I would expect that I wouldn’t have to thoroughly vacuumed every room in my house after the service. And thanks for the hidden fees from the person who gave me a quote. Very inappropriate

Devon was friendly and professional. Came in told us what to expect and how long it would take. Gave us the price for total work. Devon used a mask and covers on his feet the entire time. Would definitely recommend them for your vent cleaning,
Devin was very kind, and thoughtful. He explained the process in detail and did a great job. It’s really hard work with large equipment, surprised that it was a one man job but he was quick and efficient. My one concern is for his health. He appeared to be wearing a single use mask that was filthy from using too much. With the current pandemic and these young men cleaning ducts going into peoples homes I would hope that Shaaftsma could do better to provide sanitary safety equipment for their technicians. This is not Devins fault, I fault the company he works for. Please do better. Your a great company and have always provided us excellent service. Treat your staff like the valuable resources that they are. Thank you, Holly Chambers
