The technician arrived relatively early in the time period given by Schaafsma. He was friendly, tackled his work (both inside and outside the house) efficiently, and wrapped up quickly. We routinely schedule this service twice each year, late Spring and mid-Autumn. This is important to us, as it affects our comfort in our home through all seasons.
