Fabricated and installed custom ductwork including floor pan, return air drop, and 1" rack to accommodate 14.25" wide unit configuration. Installed 40 ft of 2" PVC condensate drain line and 10 ft of 3/4" PVC drainage. Configured venting system routing toward condenser side of residence. Mounted new programmable thermostat and wired to system controls. Installed fan-powered humidifier integrated with new furnace for whole-home humidity control. Replaced 40-gallon water heater, connecting existing 4" vent to 5" B-vent chimney system. Tested all components for proper operation, verified refrigerant charge, confirmed airflow balance, and ensured all safety controls functioning correctly.
