New water heater installed with proper gas control valve assembly, temperature and pressure relief valve, copper water connections, and combustion air ventilation confirmed operational.
Responded to service call for TXV replacement on HVAC system. Upon arrival, utilized refrigerant recovery equipment including recovery machine, recovery cylinder, and manifold gauge set to properly evacuate refrigerant from the system prior to component replacement. Replaced faulty thermal expansion valve and restored system to operational status.
Installed Alta high-efficiency gas boiler on main floor with floor stand, replacing existing standard efficiency unit. Completed MagnaCLEAN system filter installation and installed CDS1 condensate pump with associated fittings and drainage components. Venting system evaluated and awaiting follow-up inspection to finalize installation and scheduling.
Completed full system replacement, removing existing geothermal unit and installing new LP furnace and air conditioning system. Installation included new refrigerant line set, ductwork modifications with register frames and grilles, LP conversion kit, filter cabinet, and thermostat upgrade.
