Furnace Repair and Air Conditioner Repair in Caledonia MI

Completed installation of signature furnace, elite AC system with 35' line set, filtration cabinet, drop stat, and REME-LED air purification system. Installed customer-provided power vent water heater utilizing existing 2" venting and added condensate lift pump for proper drainage management. Corrected initial condensate drainage configuration by removing 2" PVC trap from pressurized lift pump line and installing trap on separate gravity drain line to prevent backpressure issues and ensure proper system operation.

Completed full HVAC system installation replacing existing 80% efficiency furnace and air conditioning unit. Installed new high-efficiency furnace with cased coil, reusing existing return drop and 14x25x1 filter rack. Added floor drain pan and flush kit for condensate management. Installed 4" B-vent for furnace exhaust including 4 feet right run, 2 feet left run, and 2 elbows, coordinating with existing 4" water heater vent. Mounted fan-powered humidifier on supply plenum with new humidistat control. Installed new programmable thermostat for system control. Supplied and installed two 14x25x1 air filters. All components tested and verified operational upon completion.

Completed air conditioner replacement on a two-zone system, installing a 2-stage unit compatible with existing 21" wide furnace and raised 21" cased coil. Installation included line flush kit for system cleaning and 10 feet of 3/4" PVC for condensate drainage. Installed new air filter, verified electrical disconnect box functionality, and tested system operation to ensure proper cooling performance across both zones.

Completed full HVAC system installation in modular home, replacing existing furnace and air conditioning unit. Installed mobile home-rated furnace with mobile home evaporator coil, 30-foot refrigerant lineset, 1-inch 90-degree boot, and roof jack for proper venting. System startup performed, thermostat configured, and all components tested for proper operation.

Replaced 75-gallon power vent water heater with new unit. Floor runners and protective booties were utilized throughout the service area to protect carpeting during equipment removal and installation. Brass ball valve and stainless steel braided supply line connectors were installed as part of the replacement to ensure proper water supply connections and system isolation capability.
