Performed diagnostic evaluation on HVAC system and identified refrigerant undercharge condition. Measured system pressures using refrigerant manifold gauge, recording 830 psig high-side and 16.96 psig low-side pressures with superheat at 2.1°F and subcooling at 13.3°F. Documented ambient conditions at 60.4°F and 13.8% relative humidity. Due to low outdoor temperatures (40-45°F), accurate refrigerant charge verification cannot be completed at this time, as temperature fluctuations affect pressure readings and system performance assessment. Return visit scheduled when ambient temperature reaches 70°F or above to properly test and adjust refrigerant charge to manufacturer specifications.

Completed new air conditioning installation for mobile home utilizing 30-foot refrigerant line set with copper tubing and foam insulation. Positioned condenser unit at optimal location near entry door and installed disconnect whip with fuses for electrical connection, coordinating with electrical contractor for power hookup.
