Furnace Repair and Air Conditioner Repair in Lowell MI

Completed full HVAC system installation including standard efficiency furnace with rear venting configuration utilizing 40 feet of 2-inch PVC pipe. Installed air conditioning unit with 30 feet of 3/4-inch refrigerant lines and 20-foot line set for proper refrigerant circulation. Added humidifier cabinet to system for humidity control. Installed new thermostat for system operation and control. Enhanced air distribution by adding return air duct to lower level of residence to improve system efficiency and comfort. All components installed per manufacturer specifications and local building codes.

Completed full system replacement by removing existing closed-loop geothermal system and installing new SLP99 LP furnace with air conditioning system and two-head mini-split system. Installed 21" wide LP furnace with 100 feet of 2" diameter venting routed north through front porch, then east to terminate near porch end, along with 10 feet of 3/4" PVC drain line and condensate drain pan. Added return air system including 750 CFM return air drop to wall with inverted R trunk, installed three double returns and 1" filter rack with FilterStat. Ran new gas line from propane hookup to furnace room and fished refrigerant lineset east to place condenser on rear wall SE corner. Installed two-head mini-split system with floor console models in upstairs area requiring extensive work around knee walls, with mini-split condenser mounted on east wall SE corner. Coordinated electrical work for two dedicated AC circuits with GFI protection and dedicated furnace circuit, utilizing existing 220V circuit

Completed add-on air conditioning installation to existing 80% efficiency furnace system with 14.25" width cabinet. Modified evaporator coil installation by uncasing unit and fabricating custom pan and access door to accommodate existing bypass humidifier. Installed 35-foot refrigerant line set with insulation, routed and secured copper tubing from outdoor condensing unit to indoor coil. Installed condensate pump with 10 feet of 3/4" PVC drain line to handle evaporator coil drainage. Coordinated electrical work including new dedicated AC circuit breaker, outdoor GFCI receptacle for condensing unit, and indoor GFCI outlet for condensate pump. System tested, refrigerant charge verified, and unit operational upon completion.

Completed air conditioning installation on existing 17 1/2" wide furnace with raised cased coil. Installed 15-foot refrigerant line set connecting indoor and outdoor units, ran 10 feet of 3/4" PVC condensate drain line, and mounted bypass humidifier on return duct drop. All components tested and operational upon completion under Silver Choice service agreement.

Completed installation of air conditioning system with existing furnace, utilizing 35-foot refrigerant line set with insulated copper tubing. Added return air duct to workout room adjacent to furnace using sheet metal panning, with high wall cut-in connected to existing 7-inch drop duct, and installed 20 feet of 3/4-inch PVC condensate drain line.

Performed warranty service on heat pump system over 12 months old. Unit was found unlevel with inadequate footing; corrected leveling issues to ensure proper operation and prevent premature component failure. Installed and configured remote temperature sensor in master bedroom to improve system performance and enhance comfort control.

Successfully completed installation of a complete HVAC system, replacing existing geothermal unit with a Signature furnace (propane) and Elite Heat Pump. Installation included 80 ft of venting, 50 ft of line set, filter cabinet, drop box, thermostat, and zoning components, with electrical work completed according to specifications.
