Completed add-on air conditioning installation to existing 80% efficiency furnace system with 14.25" width cabinet. Modified evaporator coil installation by uncasing unit and fabricating custom pan and access door to accommodate existing bypass humidifier. Installed 35-foot refrigerant line set with insulation, routed and secured copper tubing from outdoor condensing unit to indoor coil. Installed condensate pump with 10 feet of 3/4" PVC drain line to handle evaporator coil drainage. Coordinated electrical work including new dedicated AC circuit breaker, outdoor GFCI receptacle for condensing unit, and indoor GFCI outlet for condensate pump.
