Furnace Repair and Air Conditioner Repair in Sand Lake MI

Installed compatible Honeywell outdoor temperature sensor and wired Honeywell T6 thermostat for heat pump operation, configuring installer setup parameters for proper system control. Corrected wiring connections at furnace control board and condenser control to ensure proper heat pump functionality with appropriate terminal assignments (W2, W1, R, G, B/C, Y, H/J, O). Elevated outdoor heat pump unit by installing proper condenser pad to ensure adequate drainage during defrost cycles and clearance above snow level. Isolated outdoor unit and recovered R410A refrigerant from lineset and evaporator coil. Cut and modified lineset to accommodate raised condenser position on new pad. Reconnected lineset, evacuated system to remove moisture, and recharged with R410A refrigerant matching recovered quantity per 3-ton system specifications. Tested system operation and verified proper heat pump cycling, defrost functionality, and thermostat communication with outdoor sensor.

Performed additional cleaning of outdoor mini split condenser unit due to excessive cottonwood accumulation. Thoroughly cleaned condenser coils and exterior surfaces to remove debris buildup that had occurred after recent routine cleaning maintenance. Unit returned to optimal operating condition with unrestricted airflow through condenser coils.

Successfully installed a Bradford White direct vent water heater, replacing the previous natural combustion unit. Completed all necessary plumbing connections including water supply lines, pressure relief valve, and gas line. Properly vented the system with metal ventilation piping according to code requirements.
