Upon arrival, conducted thorough inspection of mobile home furnace system, Merit AC unit, and Clear Sky thermostat installation. Verified all components properly installed and secured with no missing parts or loose items as originally reported. Documented Clear Sky thermostat serial number that was not captured during initial installation. Inspected 20 ft line set connections, PVC vent kit installation, and all electrical connections to ensure proper completion of original install work. System found operating within manufacturer specifications with no deficiencies noted.
Completed full HVAC system installation at mobile home including Merit air conditioning unit and furnace with Clear Sky vent kit. Installed 20-foot refrigerant line set with proper insulation and ran 20 feet of PVC condensate drainage. Connected new thermostat, verified all electrical connections including 250VAC fusing, tested system operation, and confirmed proper airflow and temperature differential across both heating and cooling modes.
Completed installation of a new double return HVAC system, utilizing existing 10/24 R Drop and 16/25 1" filter setup. Installation included replacement of floorpan, installation of PVC venting to accommodate existing concentric termination partially buried in ceiling drywall, and addition of 450 CFM return air to furnace room wall.
